Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Greater Philadelphia. The Accountant will handle tasks such as financial analysis, reporting, and bookkeeping. Responsibilities also include preparing budgets, reconciling financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing accounts payable and receivable processes, and assisting with audits. Collaborating closely with team members, the Accountant will contribute to effective financial operations and strategic planning. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting and Financial AnalysisExperience with General Ledger maintenance and BookkeepingStrong skills in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and ForecastingKnowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processesUnderstanding of Tax Compliance and Audit ProcessesFamiliarity with Accounting Software and ERP SystemsStrong attention to detail and analytical abilitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
