Production Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect and CCaaS. Key Responsibilities Provide incident response, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis Monitor and maintain observability using tools like Splunk and CloudWatch Manage Amazon Connect configurations and develop documentation for support teams Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Production Support, NOC, or Site Reliability Engineering roles Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CCaaS) Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Zabbix Solid understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and core reliability engineering practices
