The successful candidate will manage litigationmatters, supervise associates, and contribute to the growth of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in financial elder abuse litigationHandle complex trust and probate disputesManage fiduciary litigation including fraud, undue influence, and breach of dutySupervise and mentor associatesBuild and maintain client relationshipsContribute to practice development and business growthRequirementsJD from accredited law schoolActive California Bar membership8+ years Trust & Estate litigation experiencePartial portable book of business preferredStrong litigation, negotiation, and communication skillsReputation for integrity and professionalismWork LocationFlexible office options: San Jose, Pleasanton, or San Mateo. Candidates ideally have or arebuilding a practice in South Bay or East Bay. Travel between offices
