Buffalo Trace is a fully operational distillery producing bourbon, rye, and vodka on site, and is listed on the National Historic Register. Job Description/Responsibilities The Part-Time Food & Beverage Associate supports a positive visitor experience by providing friendly, high-quality service in tasting and dining areas. This role focuses on serving food and beverages, assisting guests, and maintaining clean, well-stocked spaces while following safety and service standards. Job Duties:Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Support tasting experiences and help manage visitor flow Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs Promote guest engagement and collect/update visitor contact information Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines Assist with incident reporting and guest safety when needed Provide feedback to improve operations and guest experience Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED Willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours Preferred:1+ year of hospitality experience
