Job DescriptionTest Operator Opportunity - Camarillo, CAUltimate Staffing is partnering with an electronics manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA to identify a reliable and detail-oriented Test Operator for a full-time opportunity.Location: Camarillo, CAPay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00/hour DOESchedule:October-May: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMJune-September: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PMOvertime required as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsKey ResponsibilitiesPerform electronic testing using various test equipment and software-driven test systemsConnect and test multiple electronic assemblies and productsAssemble cable harnesses and support production testing activitiesOperate test equipment, including flying probe, ICT, and other electronic test systems as neededRead and follow work instructions, test procedures, and mechanical drawingsVerify product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specificationsFollow ESD, ISO, and quality standardsAssist in other production areas as needed QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in electronics testing or electronics manufacturingAbility to use and understand readings from a multimeterStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiencyAbility to read and understand testing instructions and technical documentationStrong communication skills and ability to read and speak EnglishHigh School Diploma or equivalent Additional RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and use both hands throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionallyMust be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to regulatory requirements This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing electronics manufacturer that values quality, teamwork, and career growth.
