Commercial Sales Representative (Remote)
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will leverage your proven inside sales expertise to expand our client base and drive revenue growth for our business. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who has worked a few years technology sale (especially for an IT reseller) and is ready to take on more responsibility by developing commercial accounts, promoting advanced IT solutions, and guiding clients through the sales process.How You’ll Make An Impact In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge managed services and the businesses that need them most. What You’ll Do1. Lead Generation & Pipeline DevelopmentIdentify, qualify, and develop commercial sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.Leverage existing reseller and vendor relationships to uncover new business opportunities.Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and develop prospect lists.2. Solution-Focused Sales EngagementConsult with clients to understand IT environments, including endpoint management needs, security challenges, and growth objectives.Present and position our managed services portfolio—highlighting value, ROI, and competitive advantages.3. Account Growth & RetentionManage and nurture assigned customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.Track renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and expansion into new departments or locations.4. Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Monitor progress against monthly and quarterly targets, providing regular updates to management.Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and improve win rates.5. Collaboration & Team EnablementPartner with technical specialists, account managers, and vendor partners to deliver comprehensive proposals and presentations.Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and product knowledge with the broader sales team.Who You AreA sales professional with around 2 years of inside sales experience in the technology sector, preferably for an IT reseller or managed services provider (MSP).Someone with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business challenges and present tailored IT solutions.CRM proficiency ( HubSpot, Salesforce).Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate new solutions.Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Bonus Skills:Experience positioning and selling endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, JAMF). Salary: 80-90K/yr target OTE
