We build leadership programs, facilitate organizational change, and develop the kind of culture that actually retains creative talent.WHEN CHANGE CALLS, WE ANSWER.The OpportunityThis is a commission-only business development role for someone who already has relationships inside the entertainment and gaming industry -and knows how to open doors at the L&D, HR, and executive level. You won't be cold calling from a list. You'll be representing a firm with a proven track record, a compelling story, and a differentiated offer that sells itself to the right buyer. Your job is to get us in the room. This is ideal for someone who is already networked in the space -a former HR or L&D leader, a consultant, an industry connector - who wants to monetize those relationships without taking on a full-time role.What You'll DoIdentify and pursue decision-makers at entertainment and gaming companies (HR, L&D, People & Culture, C-suite)Open conversations and generate qualified discovery calls for the founderRepresent Second Order Studio's offerings accurately and compellingly - leadership programs, executive coaching, team facilitation, keynote speaking, and AI readiness consultingManage your own outreach pipeline and report activity monthlyCollaborate with the founder on proposals and pitch strategy for warm leadsClose deals or hand off to the founder for close -we'll define the handoff point togetherWhat You BringExisting relationships inside entertainment, gaming, streaming, or adjacent global brand companies this is non-negotiableExperience in HR, L&D, consulting, talent, or organizational development (as a buyer, seller, or practitioner)Comfortable selling high-ticket B2B services ($25K–$150K+ engagements)Self-directed and results-oriented — you don't need to be managed, you need to be resourcedExcellent communicator who can represent a premium brand with credibilityBonus: experience selling consulting, training, coaching, or speaking servicesCompensationThis is a 1099 commission-only contract. You earn when we close. Commission varies from 10-15%A single closed deal pays well. A pipeline of 3–4 deals per year is serious income for the right person- on top of whatever else they're doing. Commission is paid within 30 days of client payment received.
