Digital Press Operator

Intepros' valued client is seeking a Press Operator / Trainee to support digital printing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for setting up and operating multi-station digital printing presses while maintaining quality standards and meeting production timelines. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve efficiency and productivity. This position also requires a team-first mindset, with the flexibility to support other operators and production areas as needed.Responsibilities:Set up and operate multi-station digital printing pressesMonitor print quality and ensure production standards are metMaintain production schedules in a high-volume environmentTroubleshoot basic machine or print issues as neededSupport continuous improvement efforts related to productivity and efficiencyAssist other press operators and production team members as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience operating digital presses, flexographic presses, manufacturing equipment, or other machinery preferredOpen to training candidates with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitudeExperience with water-based inks and UV coatings is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environmentReliable, accountable, and adaptable in a production settingAbility to stand, sit, and lift throughout the shift as neededHours: 7 AM TO 3:15 PM OR 6 AM TO 2:15 PM
