We specialize in delivering high-quality installations, modernizations, repair, and maintenance services to enhance accessibility and value for our clients’ properties.Job SummaryThe Dispatcher is a critical member of our Service team, responsible for coordinating and dispatching field mechanics and superintendents to repair, maintenance, and modernization jobs across our Northern California region. This role serves as the central communication hub between clients, field personnel, and internal teams, ensuring timely response to service requests and efficient scheduling of work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Incoming Requests: Receive and prioritize service calls, repair requests, and emergency situations from clients.Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate and dispatch mechanics to job sites while optimizing schedules and minimizing downtime.Resource Coordination: Work closely with the Service Manager, superintendent, and mechanics to ensure the right personnel are allocated to each job.Client Communication: Provide timely updates to clients regarding arrival times, job status, and resolution of service issues.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, dispatches, work orders, and communications in the company CRM.Escalation Support: Identify urgent or complex issues and escalate them appropriately to the Business Director or senior leadership.QualificationsExperience:2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in a trades, construction, elevator, or service industry environment.Experience with service scheduling software like Housecall Pro or similar CRM system is a strong plus.Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required.
