DevOps Platform Engineer

Hands-on experience with Harness pipelines, delegates, and connectors.Experience managing, upgrading, troubleshooting Harness environments in private cloud.Solid understanding of AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).Familiarity with CICD workflows, GitOps, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Helm).Experience withDevOpstools such as Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.Strong troubleshooting skills across application logs, deployment pipelines, and cloud integrations.Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics).Prior experience supporting internal developer platforms or platform engineering teams.Exposure to container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS, GKE).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL-based incident management.Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and diagnostics.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, especially in remote-first environments.Monitor Harness pipelines, delegates, and logs for anomalies using observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).Respond to support tickets, Slack alerts, and incident reports in real-time.Assist with delegate upgrades, connector configurations, and onboarding of new services.Troubleshoot CICD pipeline failures and integration issues across cloud platforms.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer workflows and platform reliability.Facilitate and coordinate developer enablement activities such as onboarding sessions, documentation updates, and platform usage training.Maintain and enhance platform documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
