Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Machine Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential across multiple shifts.Position:CNC Machine Operator Pay:1st Shift – Starting at $18.00/hour2nd Shift – $20.40/hour (includes $2.40 shift differential)3rd Shift – $20.40/hours (includes $2.40 shift differential) Shift Schedule:1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM3rd Shift:– 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Job Overview: We're looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join a leading manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to production standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in CNC machining who's ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC mills or lathes according to setup instructions and specificationsLoad and unload raw materials and finished partsMonitor machine operations and inspect parts during production to ensure qualityPerform basic in-process inspections using precision measurement toolsIdentify and communicate any irregularities or equipment issues to supervisorsKeep accurate records of completed work and report any deviations from production standardsMaintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies Requirements:1+ year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environmentBasic understanding of blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructionsComfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periodsGood mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Preferred Experience:Exposure to both CNC milling and turning operationsExperience working with various materials including aluminum and stainless steelFamiliarity with shop math and basic G-code knowledgeProven ability to meet production and quality goals If you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume or call Matt Cram at 603-373-4122!
