Customer Service & Sales CoordinatorWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support our front office operations and sales efforts. This role is the first point of contact for many of our clients and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting revenue growth. You will assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, help process orders and invoices, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services.Key Responsibilities:Customer ExperienceGreet and assist walk-in customers with order pickups and new inquiriesAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional mannerProvide clear communication on order status, timelines, and next stepsEnsure a positive, solutions-oriented customer experience at all timesSales SupportAssist customers with placing orders for print, signage, apparel, and promotional productsIdentify upsell opportunities and recommend additional products/servicesSupport the sales team with estimates, order entry, and follow-upsHelp convert inbound inquiries into paying customersOrder Processing & AdministrativeCreate invoices, process payments, and enter orders into our system (PrintSmith / internal systems)Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate job details and timelinesMaintain organized job files and customer recordsPerform light administrative tasks to support daily operationsQualifications:1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (email, data entry; CRM or order systems a plus)Positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetCompensation & Growth:$18/hour base pay + commission opportunitiesCommission tied to sales performance and upsellingOpportunity for growth into sales, estimating, or account management rolesCompensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourAt AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone!
