Apply via Dice today!Senior HR Tech .NET Integration Lead (Workday & Azure)JPC: 7579_06_04/28Location: Rochester, NY (Onsite only)Experience: 10+ Years Core ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Documentation Define and document business requirements, goals, and workflows across Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time & Attendance, and Gratuity. Translate requirements into technical specifications including functional and non-functional requirements.Technical Analysis & Solution Design Analyze existing systems, data flows, APIs, and integrations to identify constraints and improvements. Design and review scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Optimize system workflows and HR processes.Collaboration & Agile Delivery Work with IT, Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders for seamless delivery. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Scope Clarification. Liaise with end-users and business teams to validate solutions.Development & Support Contribute to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including user story development and implementation. Support production systems, including job monitoring and issue resolution.Testing, Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance. Validate integrations, data accuracy, and end-to-end workflows prior to deployment.Project & Change Management Support project planning, scheduling, and risk management. Assist in change management, including documentation, training, and communication planSystem Implementation & Optimization Implement new applications, integrations, and enhancements with technical teams. Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements and upgrades.Reporting & Compliance Generate system performance and project reports. Ensure adherence to IT regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements.Key Skills & QualificationsHR Domain & Integrations Strong expertise in HR systems: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Gratuity, and Workday integrations.Technical Skills 10–14 years of experience in C#, , .NET Framework, and Azure Cloud. Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps. Strong knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures.Development & Delivery Proven experience in end-to-end implementation across large enterprise projects. Experience in both Development and Production Support environments.Soft Skills Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple priorities.Additional Requirements Experience in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
