Technical Support Technician

*We are seeking a Support Technician role in Austin, TX.* *Support Technician II * Onsite 4- 5 days per week This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week. Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S. *Work to be accomplished* The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems related to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation, and leads various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians *Required Skills:* 4 Experience providing “white-glove” executive-level support. 5 Experience providing end-user support. 5 Experience supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation. 5 Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment. 5 Experience supporting Microsoft productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams. 4 Experience supporting video teleconferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex.
