Role: Solutions Sales Executive (IT Services & SI)Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office to start and then 1 day in the rest in the field)Focus: Northeast Geography (PA, MD, DE)Target Start: Q2 2026 (2 Openings)The OpportunityOur client is a high-growth technology solutions provider transitioning its core focus from traditional staffing to sophisticated Systems Integration (SI) and AI-driven solutions (60/40 split). Backed by an end-to-end platform—including proprietary products our client competes directly with global giants like Tata, Infosys, and Slalom while maintaining the agility of a $150M boutique firm. Under new leadership, they are aggressively expanding their footprint within the Fortune 500. We are seeking two high-performing Solutions Sales Professionals to spearhead growth in the Northeast corridor. This is not a traditional staffing role; you will be selling complex SI packages and SDLC project components, leveraging strategic partnerships with Microsoft, GitHub, and Salesforce.Candidate Profile & RequirementsThe "Owner" Mentality: You must possess a "thick skin" and a relentless work ethic. In our boutique environment, there is nowhere to hide—you own your desk, your strategy, and your results.Solutions DNA: Proven track record of selling SI solutions and managed services. They are moving away from staffing-heavy profiles in favor of those who understand the nuances of the SDLC and "just-in-time" service delivery.Ecosystem Expertise: Deep experience co-selling or leveraging the Microsoft, GitHub, and Salesforce ecosystems is highly preferred.Geographic Focus: Must be based in or near the Philadelphia area to support a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office for those establishing their pipeline).Market Presence: Ability to walk into Fortune 100–500 accounts and effectively compete against "Big 4" and global offshore integrators.Compensation & CultureStructure: Solutions compensation is a 6-figure base + commission.Leadership: Direct access to executive leadership, including the VP and CEO.Innovation: Work with cutting-edge internal tools, including a proprietary AI product overlay designed to streamline the internal search and delivery process.For additional information/consideration, please apply. - CA1
