This is a senior-level technical role handling complex Commercial General Liability claims across a diverse portfolio. You will manage mid to high-exposure claims from first notice through resolution, with a strong focus on coverage analysis, litigation strategy, and stakeholder management. You will also conduct claims audits for their clients. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complex CGL claims including premises liability, slip & fall, auto liability, product liability and other wide ranging bodily injury casesLead coverage investigations and draft detailed coverage position letters independentlyHandle reinsurance matters including reporting and reinsurance analysis Manage litigated files, coordinating defense counsel and driving strategy through to resolutionEvaluate liability, damages, and settlement exposure on higher-severity claimsMaintain strong relationships with brokers, insureds, attorneys, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practicesQualifications5+ years of Commercial General Liability claims experience (premise/product/auto/slip & falls etc.)Strong exposure to coverage interpretation and other coverage matters Experience within reinsurance highly beneficial Background with a reputable carrier or law firmBachelor's degree required; industry designations (AIC, CPCU, etc.) are a plusWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary ($132,000 - $146,000) + 25% annual bonus + Equity BonusClear progression path within a growing claims organization
