Principal Accountabilities
Lead and develop community forward managers to scale our strategy
Oversee the management and activation of corporate grant partners, to ensure alignment with Arrow's strategy, growth in funded programs, and prioritized employee engagement
Oversee the management of Americas volunteer efforts and execute global campaigns to ensure consistency, scale, and sustain employee engagement and participation
Accountable for Americas communications and marketing for community forward to drive awareness, participation, and engagement
Execute managerial duties, including expense reports, time-off requests, and other administrative responsibilities
Maintain and execute on the community forward program, specifically the Americas region and globally in partnership with the regional corporate affairs senior managers
Establish and manage internal and external relationships with leaders, subject matter experts, project team members, vendors, and other partners to coordinate tactical efforts while driving overall program success
Measure and share success by managing the quarterly executive-level scorecard and researching best practices
Optimize processes and technologies to enhance employee experience, implement automation opportunities, improve efficiencies, or reduce costs
Execute against departmental and programmatic goals, ensuring delivery against defined priorities and success metrics
Manage vendor relationships, including processing invoices and purchase orders
Partner and collaborate with regional corporate affairs senior managers to grow and manage Arrow's Global Volunteer Network (GVN) while building relationships with local leaders to support new and ongoing volunteer opportunities
Partner with the corporate affairs director, internal communications and community forward, on disaster relief efforts, budget administration, and other priorities
What We Are Looking For
Five or more years' experience with a global enterprise strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including editing and presentation capabilities; additional language skills a plus
Entrepreneurial leader who thrives in team-based environments and people management
Flexibility to adjust working hours, as needed, to collaborate with global teams and support business needs and key stakeholders
Demonstrated attention to detail, ensuring accurate, high-quality execution while managing competing priorities
Effectively prioritize multiple deadlines and respond with urgency and resourcefulness
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style across teams and functions
Data-driven and tech savvy mindset and the ability to modernize practices through digitization and leverage automation capabilities
Learns quickly and is highly adaptable to change
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$143,100.00 - $170,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
