Junior Product Owner analyst

Role Description This is a contract-based role for a Junior Product Owner Analyst, situated in Hustonville, KY, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some remote flexibility. The Junior Product Owner Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, support product management, document requirements, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. The role also involves driving continuous improvements in product development and ensuring project goals are met efficiently. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience to evaluate complex information and derive actionable insights.Knowledge of Product Management processes, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and product lifecycle support.Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients.Basic understanding of Software Development lifecycles and methodologies to collaborate efficiently with technical teams.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.Experience in a hybrid work environment or familiarity with remote collaboration tools is a plus.
