Sr Recruitment Specialist (West Hollywood)

Professional Search Group (PSG) is a recruiting and staffing firm established in Australia that launched its first US office in late 2015. Our Technology division in LA is currently hiring due to business growth, and we could use help with the current book of business we have. We are a boutique firm with high caliber staff who are experienced and know how to work hard, have fun and make money!Technology Recruiter responsibilities include placing job ads in various online channels, searching through LinkedIn, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels spanning both infrastructure and development roles.Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidatesPublish job ads on job boards and social mediaConduct LinkedIn searchesSource and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)Screen resumes and job applicationsInterview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hiresUpdate clients and colleagues on hiring status (e.g. number of screened & interviewed candidates)Prepare candidates before interviews with clientsCreate talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunitiesKeep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluationsManage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain good relationships with themRequirements:Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter filling Tech rolesAbility to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and video interviewsExperience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levelsKnowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSolid organizational and time-management abilitiesIf you live in or near the West Hollywood area, we offer:Base salary range, plus uncapped commissionWorking with the World's largest entertainment brandsIncentive trips – previously included Fiji, Spain, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Mexico, etcExcellent benefits including matching 401k and unlimited PTOSolid values that are both employee and client centricSalary Based on Target Earnings, plus Commissions/BonusesMust be local to Los Angeles for a hybrid type schedule.
