Sr Project Manager

Job Title: Sr Project Manager (Banking Domain) Location: Jersey City, NJ (Web Cam Interview)Duration: Long Term (W2)H1 Transfer/ GC/ CitizenJob Description:Responsibilities:IT Change management project aims to strengthened Change Management quality, enforce systematic mandatory data before changes submissions and enhance Change communication. The Project manager will work cross-functionally and collaborates closely with other stakeholders across the regional organization to ensure achievement of targeted objectives. Her/his role will require:Expertise in project management, strong communication and organizational skills and knowledge of IT servicesExcellent understanding of IT Change management processes and proceduresKnowledge of ITIL methodology to analyze and review/ enforce the existing processesKnowledge of ITSM Service Know tool Her/ his tasks include but are not limited to: nalysis and review of the currents Change management processes and procedures: Change Committee Boards, Pre change tests, communication, validations, rollback...Contribute to the reporting, KPIs and controls review and improvementsContribute to the standardization of tooling/templates of Change ManagementCollaborate with CIB EMEA and IT group on the action plansEstablish the structure of the project aligned with the PMO team processesManage the project budgetReport progress and escalate issues, following relevant PMO processesEnsure project objectives are communicated to relevant stakeholders, committed, managed and met with the expected quality of the deliverablesSet up a local project governance and contribute to EMEA governanceMinimum Required Qualifications10+ years experience in project managementExperience in a Change Management role, ideally gained within a Financial Services, Banking or Insurance environmentExceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills - i.e. the ability to anticipate problems and solve them quickly and effectivelyLeadership skills - ability to build strong working relationships to execute and successfully complete the programs and projectsStrong organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office products, especially with driving a narrative through PowerPointbility to quickly adapt to changeFlexible to work and be responsive during off peak hours as needed
