We operate out of Minneapolis with nearly 250,000 square feet of warehouse space and an active presence at key national trade shows. The Opportunity We're looking for a hunter. Someone who doesn't wait for the phone to ring, who reads a room fast, moves on deals before the window closes, and builds the kind of relationships that make buyers call them first. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who's already proven they can perform at volume and is hungry to do it again with great product, better pricing and fewer limitations.  What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts  Build new business through outreach, referrals, and trade show presence Move quickly on LIBRA's fast-turning, ever-changing inventory Negotiate pricing, volume, and terms with confidence and precision Partner with our internal team to deliver service that keeps buyers coming back What You Bring A track record of B2B sales success:  $2M+ annually, not as a goal but as a baseline Sharp instincts for relationship-building and deal-making A proactive mindset that finds opportunity before it's obvious The kind of energy that raises the room, not drains it  Compensation & Benefits Total compensation package exceeding $100k+, combination of base pay with bonus commission Uncapped earning potential Full benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, HSA, 401(k), profit sharing, PTO, and employee discount Why LIBRA? No territory restrictions.
