Senior Private Equity Accountant, 120K-125K, Upward Mobility (Hybrid)

LHH is working with a growing Private Equity Company that is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Private Equity Accountant to join their team. This role will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of investment funds, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of financial integrity.This position pay 120K-125K+20%Bonus and offers a Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office and 2 days work from home).******Major Perk-This role has defined growth to Manager within a short time frame*****Job Responsibilities:Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for the investment funds.Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Monitor and review fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund documents.Perform fund-level expense allocations and revenue recognition.Prepare and distribute investor statements and reports.Calculate fund performance metrics and provide analysis to stakeholders.Monitor investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.Assist in the coordination of fund audits and tax compliance.Prepare and review fund-level compliance reports, including regulatory filings and investor reporting requirements.Mentor and review the work of Fund AccountantsInteract with clients as neededJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting5-7 years of experience in fund accounting or Public AccountingStrong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.If you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from LHH Recruitment Solutions please email Rami Muhanna at rami.muhanna@lhh.com or visit our website at www.lhh.com
