Become a part of the Cove Center, a program that serves adults in Rhode Island with autism and developmental disabilities, offering on-going education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life. This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, and more! Education, Experience and Skills: High School diploma. Computer skills: intermediate proficiency. Must have a valid driver's license for at least three years and insured auto. Experience with working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities is preferred, but we also welcome persons new to the field who are willing to learn and make a difference.
