Patient Care Group Manager

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated RN Manager to work with us managing our Interdisciplinary patient care group in our West Palm Beach location while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pmSince 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care.
