In this role, you will support our skilled hairstylists in delivering top-notch services to our clients while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hair care and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities: - Assist hairstylists in all aspects of hair services, including washing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair. - Prepare the salon for daily operations, including cleaning and organizing workstations, tools, and products. - Greet clients, check them in for appointments, and provide them with refreshments as needed. - Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following salon hygiene and safety protocols. - Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting low inventory to management. - Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience. - Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology licenses or actively taking state board. - Previous experience in a salon setting is preferred but not required. - Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
