Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced talent acquisition professional to join our team, focused on supporting Corporate Functions and General & Administrative hiring within a large, complex organizational environment. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from requisition creation through offer acceptance — while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. You will leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to attract top talent, influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across a broad portfolio of corporate function roles. Job Responsibilities: Manage the full requisition lifecycle from creation through offer, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for Corporate Functions and G&A roles Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to stay informed of current and future hiring needs and business priorities Consult with and influence hiring teams on talent strategies, candidate assessment, and offer recommendations Perform targeted searches for qualified candidates using databases, networking, LinkedIn Talent Insights, internet recruiting resources, cold outreach, and employee referrals Leverage data insights and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and advise stakeholders on talent availability and competitive positioning Interview applicants to evaluate work history, training, education, and job skills in alignment with role requirements Prepare and maintain accurate employment records and applicant tracking documentation throughout the recruitment process Proactively communicate with candidates regarding employment opportunities, application status, and selection outcomes Promote career opportunities and organizational culture to prospective talent through compelling and informative outreach Requirements: 3+ years of recruiting experience specifically supporting Corporate Functions and/or General & Administrative roles 3+ years of demonstrated ability to consult with and influence hiring teams in a complex, matrixed organization 3+ years of proven experience utilizing data insights tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights to guide sourcing and talent strategies 2–4 years of customer service or related experience in a professional environment Prior experience operating within a large, complex organizational structure strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional training required Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to consult with and influence hiring managers and interview teams throughout the recruitment process Proficiency in leveraging data and talent insights tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights to drive informed hiring decisions Solid negotiation skills with experience structuring and presenting competitive offers Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a candidate-centric approach Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and employment law Knowledge of personnel recruitment, selection principles, and best practices in talent acquisition Familiarity with strategic planning principles as they relate to workforce planning and talent strategy Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicant tracking systems Additional Details: Location: Remote Duration: 5 months Pay Range*: $31.50 - $35.50 per hour Weekly Schedule: 40 hours Job Status: Non-Exempt Application Deadline: Apply within 72 hours of the posting date to ensure consideration.
