Accountable for Outcomes: Oversee business outcomes related to the conflict check software project and its integration with contract lifecycle management and other enterprise applications. Strategic Partner: Act as a consultative partner to business and functional leaders, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and system functionality for the conflict check software and related applications. Governance and Planning: Lead governance processes, road mapping exercises, and cross-functional resource planning to ensure effective execution and integration of the conflict check software and other enterprise applications. Stakeholder Collaboration: Team with stakeholders for the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring client requirements are met and effectively integrated into the contract lifecycle management and proposal software systems. Application Enhancements: Evaluate and recommend modifications and enhancements to the conflict check software and other related applications based on feasibility and business needs. Support and Strategy: Partner with support teams (internal & MSP) to balance day-to-day application support with strategic enhancements and project execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Leadership and Execution: Play a key role in the execution of portfolio projects within the Lead to Contract program, establishing best practices for program, project, and product management, and contribute to firmwide strategic initiatives. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 12 years IT project and/or portfolio management experienceMinimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experienceDemonstrated experience in creating and executing effective program and project management policies and procedures.
