Key Duties Ensure the safe and effective operation of all production equipment Prepare finished goods for shipment by following established quality guidelines Examine items for potential flaws to guarantee high-level accuracy Oversee machine performance and communicate any operational concerns Help uphold strict quality standards by adhering to precise production requirements Keep your workstation tidy and systematically arranged Support a secure workplace by strictly following all safety protocols Contribute to team success by hitting daily output targets Requirements At least 12 months of prior work history in production, machine operation, or manufacturing environments Background in running production lines, packaging machinery, or similar equipment is a plus Capacity to maintain a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, which includes occasional weekends Physical ability to stand for long durations and lift weights up to 50 lbs Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail to ensure product excellence Consistent punctuality and a strong sense of professional reliability Flexibility to put in extra hours when production demands require it Compensation and Benefits We provide a competitive pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 hourly.
