This role is ideal for someone eager to develop practical legal skills, build client relationships, and learn how cases progress from intake through resolution.This position does not involve litigation, making it a great opportunity to master the fundamentals of case development, client communication, negotiation, and strategy.What You'll Be DoingAfter training, you'll take an active role in moving cases forward and supporting clients:Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the processEvaluate cases, identify legal issues, and develop strategyReview medical records and demand packagesWork with case managers to keep cases progressingNegotiate with insurance companies and help resolve casesEnsure clients are receiving proper treatment and supportExample: You might speak with a client in the morning, assess liability and damages midday, and negotiate a settlement by the end of the week-gaining real-world experience quickly.Exciting Opportunity: Client Intake & Case EvaluationAs part of your role, you'll also collaborate closely with our intake/call center team-one of the fastest ways to build confidence and judgment as a new attorney.You'llSpeak directly with prospective clients at a critical decision-making momentEvaluate new cases in real timeClearly and confidently explain how we can helpHelp potential clients feel confident choosing our firmThis is a hands-on opportunity to strengthen your communication skills, legal instincts, and ability to think on your feet.What Makes Someone Successful HereWe're looking for someone who is:Confident and personable, especially on the phoneEmpathetic and able to connect with clientsClear and persuasive in communicationQuick-thinking and comfortable making real-time assessmentsOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactiveMotivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsRecently passed the bar (or early in your career)Strong research, writing, and communication skillsInterest in personal injury lawExperience is a plus, but we will train the right candidateBilingual Spanish is a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with 4% employer match after one yearPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
