We specialize in high-end cloud-based physical security, access control, and networking solutions.We operate throughout Oregon and Washington, with projects based out of the Central Oregon area.OVERVIEW:Seeking a Licensed Low Voltage Electrician (LEA/LEB + EL06) to lead installations of advanced physical security and networking systems. This role is not just wire pulling—it requires strong technical capability, system understanding, and client interaction.You will be responsible for leading job sites and managing an assigned Apprentice, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant installations while training and developing junior team members.REQUIRED LICENSING:Washington EL06 License (or higher) – REQUIREDOregon LEA or LEB License – REQUIREDLead installation, repair, and commissioning of:Access control systemsVideo surveillance systemsAlarm systemsStructured cabling and network infrastructureSupervise, train, and develop Apprentice(s) on job sitesPlan and execute installs while maintaining productivity and quality standardsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system diagramsInstall conduit, raceways, and cable pathwaysPull, terminate, label, and test low voltage cablingConfigure and troubleshoot systems, including networking componentsDiagnose and resolve system issues in the fieldTrain end users on system functionality and usageCommunicate effectively with Foremen, project managers, and clientsEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable codesTECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:Strong experience with access control and alarm systemsAbility to configure, troubleshoot, and support business technology systemsWorking knowledge of:IP networking (basic switching, routing, device setup)Cameras, sensors, cellular, solar, and point-to-point systemsAbility to read and understand:BlueprintsSchematicsProduct manualsREQUIREMENTS:Conduit installation experienceProficiency with hand tools and power toolsValid driver's license (company vehicle provided)Ability to pass a background checkWillingness to follow company processes and standardsStrong communication and customer-facing skillsWORK EXPECTATIONS:Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)Travel required (~30–60 days per year across OR/WA)Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsWork in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)Maintain a professional appearance and demeanorPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Lift up to 50 lbsClimb ladders, operate lifts, and perform overhead workKneel, squat, and stand for extended periodsPerform repetitive tasks such as wire pulling and terminationWHAT WE OFFER:Company vehicle + gas cardCompany laptop and softphoneMajor tools providedEmployer-paid trainingHealth insurance401(k) + matchingFlexible hoursReferral programWORK LOCATION:Central Oregon (Bend) + regional travel throughout Oregon and WashingtonADDITIONAL NOTES:This is a lead-level role with responsibility for Apprentice oversight, technical execution, and client interaction.
