Additionally, our Directors of Nursing have a proven record of achieving deficiency-free survey results, ensuring excellence in care and our Executive Directors are preceptors with years of survey management and financial success.Role DescriptionThe Interim LNHA/Interim DON will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a long-term care or assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include providing leadership to staff, ensuring operational and clinical efficiency, developing strategic plans, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and regulatory agencies. This is a contract, on-site role based in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Iowa. QualificationsLeadership skills in long-term care or assisted living facilities, including staff supervision and team managementStrong knowledge in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational efficiencyCompetency in documentation, specifically with MDS processes, care plans, and maintaining compliance standardsProficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and address resident and family needsOrganizational and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot challenges and implement effective solutionsLicensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or Director of Nursing (DON) qualifications, requiredProven track record in achieving deficiency-free survey results is highly preferredFlexibility to adapt to changing environments and requirements in an interim capacity
