Job Description Senior Payroll AdministratorPlease note that this job will start 100% onsite in Centennial, CO. After initial training, you will be able to work a hybrid schedule with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays being required onsite.LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading technology company to fill their open Senior Payroll Administrator job in Centennial, CO. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $75,000 and $90,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).To qualify, you must have at least 4 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will also ideally have experience with multistate and/or international payroll. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred as is previous experience with ADP Workforce Now, Lyric, or Celergo.Responsibilities:-Preparing, documenting, distributing, and reconciling domestic and international payrolls-Processing payroll including wage and hour compliance, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions-Conducting payroll audits-Running payroll reports for management-Providing excellent customer service and responding to employees' payroll inquiries-Training the team on new payroll processes and procedures-Reconciling payroll-related invoices-All other related tasks as requiredQualifications:-At least 4 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role-Excellent attention to detail-Excellent analytical skills-Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now, Lyric, or Celergo-Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred-Previous experience with multistate and/or international payroll-FPC or CPP preferred-Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.Compensation:-Annual salary between $75,000 and $90,000-Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus-100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance-401(k) program with company matching-Paid parental leaveIf you think your skillset makes you the best candidate for this Senior Payroll Administrator job in Centennial, CO, then apply NOW!
