Strategic Account Executive
Who are we?Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems where teams and metadata agents plan, change, and govern systems with speed and confidence.What will you do at Sweep?Sweep is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth within our most important enterprise opportunities. This role is focused on landing and expanding large, complex enterprise organizations by positioning Sweep as a strategic platform rather than a point solution. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business leaders, manage long sales cycles, and close high-impact, multi-year deals.Own and execute end-to-end sales strategy for a small set of strategic enterprise accountsDrive new logo acquisition and expansion within large, complex organizationsLead discovery with C-suite and senior leaders across IT, RevOps and Platform teamsNavigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and enterprise procurement processesPosition Sweep as a mission-critical platform tied to governance, scale, and AI readinessPartner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership on deal strategyBuild multi-year account plans aligned to customer business prioritiesMaintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline managementRepresent the voice of the customer internally to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategyWhat We're Looking For10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or SIProven success closing large, complex, multi-year enterprise dealsStrong executive presence and ability to communicate value at the C-suite levelAbility to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomesDeep understanding of enterprise buying processes and deal mechanicsComfortable operating in a fast-growing, category-defining startupSweep offers a competitive compensation package, including salary and equity components, with potential for variable incentives.
