Financial Controller

Experience: Manager Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year Job Details - Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA (or similar certification) is preferred 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Tax services experiences is strongly preferred Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills What We’re Looking For Hands-on leader who can balance strategic insight with day-to-day execution Deep understanding of GAAP Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong business partner who can collaborate with operations and executive leadership Process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy A bit about us: - The Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations and ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting.
