This person will help the business operationalize Artificial Intelligence internally by identifying high-impact opportunities, driving adoption, enabling teams, and helping leaders build measurable business cases tied to efficiency, effectiveness, and workflow improvement.The organization has an established AI Center of Excellence focused on product innovation. The next phase is unlocking internal business value across functions such as Professional Services and Customer Support.What You'll DoPartner with business leaders to understand operational workflows and identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, and employee enablementHelp departments translate AI ideas into actionable business cases with measurable value and ROILead enterprise AI enablement initiatives focused on adoption, governance, change management, metrics, and complianceServe as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to guide execution and prioritizationEnable leaders and teams to better understand what AI can realistically accomplish within their organizationsDrive internal adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and other emerging AI technologiesRemain tool-agnostic and focused on outcomes rather than tied to a single platformSupport the development and scaling of internal AI programs and frameworks across the enterpriseEstablish governance standards, success metrics, and operational best practices for AI usageWhat You BringExperience leading AI enablement or AI transformation initiatives inside an enterprise organizationStrong program management background with the ability to lead cross-functional initiativesAbility to challenge business leaders to think critically about value creation, prioritization, and ROIExperience driving adoption, change management, governance, and stakeholder alignment around AI initiativesTechnical aptitude to guide conversations with engineering and AI teams, (you will not build models directly)Understanding of AI workflow optimization, automation, copilots, AI agents, and enterprise productivity toolsExperience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and/or AI agent platforms is highly preferredStrong communication and executive-facing presentation skillsIdeal Background1+ years actively helping organizations implement and operationalize AI internallyStrong Technical Program Management experienceExperience demonstrating measurable business impact from AI initiativesBackground working closely with Professional Services, Support, Operations, or other business functions where workflow optimization is criticalAbility to articulate both the strategic vision and practical execution required for enterprise AI adoptionWhy This Role is InterestingThis is a high-visibility opportunity to help shape how a global organization leverages AI internally at scale.
