Schedule for Box Truck Driver Travel Driver: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule/hours varies based on company needs Flexibility is a must for this position. Drive trucks to outside Meyer locations and fly back to Jasper, IN. Average 15 hours per week will vary based on company needs. 100% Travel required Paid for time spent at airport and flying. Box Truck Travel Driver duties include but are not limited to: Transport trucks within the company to different locations/regions in a safe, efficient, timely and legal manner Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle Represent the Company and the trucking industry in a professional manner Travel to Meyer locations nationwide delivering equipment as needed. Requirements for Box Truck Travel Driver: Valid truck driver license and relative endorsement for the specific state. Knowledge of all applicable DOT Regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Meet all standards (medical, safety, etc.) required by the DOT and pass required drug/alcohol test. Acceptable background investigation results.
