Role Description We are seeking a Fleet & Routing Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities include overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and managing efficient routing of deliveries. The manager will monitor fleet performance, optimize operational processes, lead a team of drivers, and maintain high standards of customer service. This role requires effective scheduling, addressing logistical challenges, and streamlining operations to support the success of our distribution efforts. Qualifications Strong understanding of Fleet Operations and Fleet ManagementProficiency in Operations Management and demonstrated leadership in overseeing teamsKnowledge of DOT Regulations and ensuring complianceExcellent Analytical Skills to optimize routing and logistical processesProven problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage resources efficientlyExperience in logistics, distribution, or a related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
