Client Services Associate – Broker Dealer & RIA SupportHybrid | 4 Days In-Office Join a growing financial services team supporting Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) clients in a highly visible, client-facing role. This position is ideal for someone with brokerage, banking, or financial services experience who enjoys problem-solving, relationship management, and navigating operational processes in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for Broker Dealer and RIA clientsAssist with brokerage account opening, transfers, maintenance, and platform navigationManage client inquiries and escalations via phone and emailOwn issues from intake through resolution with strong follow-up and communicationPartner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve client needs efficientlyDeliver a professional, high-touch client experience while managing multiple prioritiesQualifications1–3 years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or retail bankingStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and client service abilitiesAbility to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceExposure to Broker Dealer and/or RIA environmentsKnowledge of brokerage account opening and account transfer processesExperience working independently and navigating multiple systems and processes#LI-AL1
