Project Manager

Position OverviewActively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee structural concrete projects throughout the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. This role is responsible for managing project planning, financial performance, client relationships, subcontractor coordination, and overall execution from award through closeout. The Project Manager serves as the primary operational and financial leader for assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards and contract requirements.Minimum Requirements5+ years of experience managing structural concrete construction projectsStrong understanding of concrete construction operations including formwork, rebar, post tension, and placement sequencingAbility to read, review, and interpret structural drawings, post tension shop drawings, and reinforcing steel shop drawingsExperience managing project budgets and cost controlAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and OutlookOSHA 10 Hour preferredBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel within the DMV region
