In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up new equipment used by our amazing customers to deploy the most advanced workloads on the planet, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.This is an evergreen requisition. We review applications on a rolling basis and will consider you for current openings across all of our sites, as well as future opportunities as we continue to scale.What You’ll DoInstallation, configuration, and testing up of new data center infrastructurePerform maintenance and upgrades ensuring high reliability and performance standardsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain and enhance data center operationsCoordinate with local and remote teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projectsMaintain meticulous records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, adhering to TensorWave's standards and protocolsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and data center management best practices during all on-site activitiesProvide on-site technical support and guidance during critical incidents or outages as part of an on-call rotationWho You AreRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in data center operations, with direct experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including networking, servers, and storage systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to working as part of a national operations team.
