Senior Account Executive (Paid Media, Strategy & Creative Sales)

Chamber Media is looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive growth by selling high-impact paid media and creative solutions to ambitious brands. This role is for a seasoned seller who understands how performance marketing and creative work together to scale businesses.You'll own larger deals, manage complex sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects while partnering closely with leadership and delivery teams.What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle from discovery through close for high-value opportunitiesSell integrated paid media strategies and creative packagesLead strategic conversations with founders, executives, and marketing leadersDevelop custom proposals and growth strategies tailored to client needsNegotiate contracts and close deals consistently against revenue targetsMaintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRMProvide feedback to leadership on market trends, objections, and opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For4-7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media salesProven track record selling paid media services and/or creative solutionsStrong understanding of performance marketing metrics and ROI conversationsExperience managing larger deal sizes and longer sales cyclesConfident communicator with executive-level presenceHighly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
