CHEP is seeking a motivated Quality Control Auditors to join our Temple, TX service center.Key Responsibilities May Include:Pallet Inspection & Quality ControlLifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly. Utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets. Identify and document any deviations from quality standards. Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors. Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines. Partners with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous and improvement initiatives. Provide support during audits and inspections. Lift and carry 77 lbs at least 33% of their work shift. Push items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet. Pull items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet. Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
