We were founded by media veterans who have worked across agencies, vendors, and DSPs, and built banMe to be the partner we always wished existed: one without platform bias, rigid minimums, or recycled segments.We're growing, and we're looking for a Sales Director to help us expand our footprint with brands and agencies who are ready for a smarter approach to media.The RoleThis is an individual contributor role focused on net-new business development. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through close, selling our full-service media buying solutions and Curate.Resonate™ in-DSP offerings to brand-direct clients and agency partners.You'll work closely with our strategy, activation, and leadership teams to translate prospect goals into compelling proposals, and you'll have the autonomy to shape your book of business. This is a great fit for someone who wants to sell a differentiated product without the bureaucracy of a holding company.What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new business across brands and agencies.Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, conferences, and warm referrals.Develop a deep understanding of banMe's offerings (full-service media buying, Audience IQ™, Curate.Resonate™) and articulate their value to varied stakeholders, from CMOs to media planners to procurement.Partner with internal strategy and activation teams to scope custom solutions and respond to RFPs.Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM.Represent banMe at industry events and contribute to brand visibility.What You Bring3+ years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, ad tech, or media, ideally selling programmatic, media services, or SaaS to brands and/or agencies.A demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a new-business role.Strong network of brand and/or agency contacts you can activate from day one.Working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data, measurement) and the broader digital media landscape.Consultative selling style, comfortable navigating long cycles and multiple stakeholders.Self-starter mindset; you thrive in a remote, autonomous environment without heavy hand-holding.Excellent written and verbal communication.Nice to HaveExisting relationships with mid-market brands or independent agenciesExperience selling curated marketplace deals, audience data, or measurement solutionsFamiliarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platformsPerks & BenefitsCompetitive compensation + high commission pay-out (uncapped).Unlimited PTO & matching 401(k) (eligibility after trial period with performance milestones met).Fully remote work environment with a supportive, collaborative team culture.Phone and internet costs covered.And More!
