Healthcare Scheduling Functional Analyst (Clairvia / UKG / ANSOS)Location: Remote (Occasional travel may be required)Contract: 3-6 months (Possible conversion)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Scheduling Functional Analyst to support enterprise nursing scheduling and workforce management applications, including Clairvia, UKG, ANSOS, and related scheduling platforms. This role will focus on application support, workforce scheduling operations, testing, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and production support within a healthcare environment.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting healthcare workforce management systems, scheduling applications, and HR/payroll integrations within hospital or clinical environments.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain healthcare scheduling and workforce management applications including Clairvia, UKG, ANSOS, Kronos, and related toolsPerform daily application maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and production support activitiesRun reports, validate scheduling/workforce data, and support operational reporting requestsManage user security access, roles, and permissionsValidate HR/payroll data imports and troubleshoot data discrepanciesSupport scheduling workflows, staffing operations, and workforce management processesAssist with testing, UAT, integrations, and defect resolution activities involving healthcare systems and related applicationsSupport schedule data conversion, migration, and validation effortsCollaborate with clinical operations, HR/payroll teams, IT teams, and vendors to resolve system issues and improve workflowsCreate and maintain business requirements, workflow documentation, and testing artifactsRequired QualificationsExperience supporting or implementing healthcare scheduling/workforce management platforms such as Clairvia, UKG, ANSOS, Kronos, or Workforce DimensionsExperience with healthcare scheduling operations, staffing workflows, or workforce management systemsPrior application support, production support, or Functional Analyst experienceExperience with schedule data conversion, migration, or validation activitiesStrong SQL and Advanced Excel skillsExperience supporting healthcare applications in hospital, clinical, or healthcare environmentsExperience with troubleshooting, integrations, testing/UAT, and workflow analysisStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Epic and/or PointClickCare integrationsExperience supporting PeopleSoft HR or Oracle HCM/Scheduling systemsKnowledge of nursing scheduling, staffing operations, and workforce complianceExperience with Visio, MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNowAgile, SDLC, or healthcare systems implementation experience
