Occupational Therapist (OT)Location : Edgartown, MAFull-Time & Part timeTypical hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMPosition SummaryThe Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivering occupational therapy services to patients, residents, and clients. In collaboration with Corporate Management, the OT supports program performance objectives and ensures services meet regulatory, accreditation, and reimbursement standards.Minimum RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year (preferred)Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyLicense: Active MA OT License (Required) Key ResponsibilitiesClinical ResponsibilitiesProvide direct occupational therapy treatment under physician orders in accordance with established plans of care (individual, supervised, and group settings).Maintain an average caseload of 8-10 patients per day .Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, care planning, and family conferences.Ensure documentation is clear, concise, accurate, and aligned with patient goals and payor guidelines.Demonstrate working knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.Monitor therapy utilization to ensure appropriate and effective service delivery.Leadership & CommunicationModel professional behavior and mentor program staff.Communicate new policies, programs, and procedures effectively.Promote positive employee relations and interdisciplinary collaboration.Participate in marketing and census development initiatives.Coordinate referral source education and pre-screening activities.Benefits401(k)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offFlexible scheduleTuition reimbursement / education assistanceAdditional insurance optionsFor More Details: Contact: (469)-290-0934 or Email: asra.moosvi@protouchstaffing.com
