Position SummaryTree Market is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Documentation Coordinator to support the daily execution of logistics and transportation operations.This position plays a critical role in coordinating documentation, maintaining operational records, supporting customer service, and ensuring shipments move efficiently while complying with company procedures.The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.Key Responsibilities1. Documentation ManagementPrepare, review, and organize shipping and logistics documentation.Ensure all operational files are complete and accurate.Maintain electronic and physical records following company procedures.Verify documentation before shipment execution.2. Operational CoordinationCoordinate daily activities with operations, warehouse, transportation providers, and customers.Monitor shipment status and follow up on pending tasks.Support scheduling and operational planning.Assist in resolving operational issues promptly.3. Customer & Vendor SupportServe as a point of contact for customers regarding shipment documentation and operational updates.Communicate with vendors and service providers to obtain required information.Ensure timely responses to customer requests.4. Data Management & ReportingUpdate operational systems and internal databases.Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.Monitor shipment milestones and documentation status.Maintain accurate operational records.5.
