Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization in the Verona / Oregon, Wisconsin area seeking an experiencedHR Managerto lead and oversee all core human resources functions for the business. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, supporting workforce planning, compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced production environment.Why You Should Consider Joining:Family Owned - 60+ Year Manufacturing Organization - Family Centric & FocusedAmazing Health & Dental Insurance - $500 Family Deductible!Strong Longevity & Tenure of Employees - Ranging up to 40 & 50 YearsOpportunity to Make an impact company-wideHouse Hold Familiarity with Products they make!Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for salaried and hourly manufacturing positionsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulationsManage employee relations matters, including coaching managers, handling employee concerns, and supporting conflict resolutionProcess full-cycle payroll accurately and timely through ADP Workforce Now or related ADP systemsOversee workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work coordination, and case documentationPartner with operations leadership on OSHA compliance, safety initiatives, and workplace incident follow-upMaintain HR policies, employee handbook updates, and regulatory postingsDevelop and distribute internal employee communications, including the company employee newsletterSupport benefits administration, employee status changes, and HR reportingMaintain personnel records and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracyAssist leadership with performance management, employee development, and retention strategiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturingStrong knowledge of employment law, OSHA requirements, and workers’ compensation processesExperience processing payroll through ADP or other software is a plusHR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plusCompensation: $70,000 - $80,000
