This role will work closely with both the Learning Management System (LMS) team and the Instructional Design team to manage training content, support users, and maintain accurate training records.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with LMS platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update learning databases, ensuring accurate records and data integrityRespond to employee and contractor inquiries via the L&D email inbox in a professional and timely mannerManage and maintain the training request calendar for internal sessionsGenerate reports from the Learning Management System (LMS) based on stakeholder requestsReset user passwords and provide basic LMS supportUpload and maintain training materials within the LMSSupport the Instructional Design team with content management and updatesAssist with scheduling, help desk support, and other L&D-related activitiesRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environmentExperience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)Strong organizational and documentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksPreferred QualificationsExperience with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) or similar LMS platformsExperience documenting business requirementsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
