JOB SUMMARY
Mon-TH 2:30pm-12:30am
Responsible for utilizing expertise in mechanical, electrical and PLC (Programmable Logic Control) to perform maintenance task, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our production process.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Conduct preventative maintenance task on mechanical equipment including
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems to minimize downtime
Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
Collaborate with team to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Assist in inspection, testing, and repair of electrical systems and components
Interpret electrical schematics
Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment
Assist with troubleshooting PLC-related issues under the guidance
Read and interpret PLC programming.
Support in the installation, programming, and configuration of PLC systems.
Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Document equipment modifications, repairs and adjustments.
Proficient in OSHA standards
Regular attendance is an essential part of the position.
Additional duties may be assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Required
High school or GED or combined education and experience.
3+ years experience working in one of the following: mechanical, electrical and PLC maintenance.Provide own hand tools necessary to perform maintenance tasks.
