Our ideal candidate will have experience in the tradeshow/ exhibit industry.This role supports our Operations Team and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, typically working 2-3 days per week in office and/or at show site based out of one of the following locations:Grand Prairie, TXPhiladelphia, PAFort Wayne, INEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesParticipate as a team player in providing overall value to the companyPrepare estimates for construction of trade show exhibits and environmentsMaintain working relationship with vendors and subcontractorsResearch materials as they pertain to products availabilityMaintain estimate files and product reference libraryRecommend most cost-efficient materials and fabrication methodsOperate computer spreadsheet programs for exhibit estimatingWork in conjunction with Operations Manager on large projectsWork with Account Executives on their estimating requirementsAssist in projects not directly related to estimating Prepare all detailed proposal materials for all project presentationsAct as lead to cross-train existing estimator in themed environment estimatingEducation & ExperienceTrade and/or business school training3+ yrs experience in estimating in the trade show exhibit industryExcellent skills in ExcelAbility to quickly adapt to new softwareAbility to read and understand blueprintsWorking knowledge of woodworking equipment and construction methodsProficient in Google Drive and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team playerAbility to operate within a fast-paced environment Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsWhat We OfferFreeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
